What this Saleshandy review covers

Saleshandy is a B2B outbound-sales platform built around prospect discovery, cold-email sequences, multi-inbox sending, sender rotation, follow-ups, deliverability monitoring, reply management, and an outbound CRM. Its newer platform also brings calls, LinkedIn tasks, WhatsApp steps, custom tasks, AI-assisted sequence creation, email infrastructure, data enrichment, API access, MCP, and agency-oriented workflows into the same ecosystem.

This review focuses on the buying decision: who Saleshandy is for, how Email Outreach works, how Lead Finder credits are consumed, what Inbox Placement and Sequence Score can diagnose, how Unified Inbox and CRM fit into the workflow, current plan limits and pricing, email-infrastructure add-ons, refund restrictions, privacy considerations, and the practical limits of automated cold outreach. It is a research-based editorial review using Saleshandy's current official pages and terms rather than an independent audit of every database record or deliverability claim.

How Saleshandy fits into an outbound-sales workflow

A typical Saleshandy workflow can start with defining an ideal customer profile, searching Lead Finder, revealing or enriching verified contact information, saving prospects, pushing them into a sequence, connecting multiple sending mailboxes, configuring sender rotation and follow-ups, checking sequence health, monitoring placement, and then handling replies in one inbox and pipeline.

The main advantage is consolidation. A team that would otherwise use separate prospecting, verification, sequencing, inbox-management, deliverability, and lightweight CRM products can perform many of those steps without repeatedly exporting CSV files. The tradeoff is that the platform has several limits, credit pools, add-ons, and sender-health concepts that need to be understood before scaling.

Email Outreach: the core product

Email Outreach is the central Saleshandy product. Paid plans currently allow unlimited connected email accounts and unlimited sequences, with automated follow-ups, AI-powered sequence creation, personalization, one-to-one email tracking, Unified Inbox access, and additional automation features.

The important distinction is that unlimited connected mailboxes does not mean unlimited campaign sending. The account-level monthly sending allowance is 6,000 emails on Starter, 100,000 on Pro, and 200,000 on Scale. Individual Gmail, Microsoft, Zoho, SMTP, or other inboxes also remain subject to their own provider policies and reputation limits.

Sender Rotation has its own limits

Saleshandy allows users to connect as many sending inboxes as needed on current paid plans, but the Sender Rotation feature has a separate plan limit: up to 10 email accounts on Starter, 100 on Pro, and 1,000 on Scale.

Sender rotation can distribute a sequence across several mailboxes so no single account carries the full volume. It is not a license to bypass provider rules. Each mailbox still needs appropriate authentication, healthy reputation, reasonable sending volume, and a relevant recipient list.

Multichannel sequences

Saleshandy's current platform describes sequences that can include email, calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and custom tasks. This is useful for teams whose outbound process includes human follow-up rather than email-only automation.

Availability of specific steps, calling capacity, automation depth, and integrations can vary by plan or add-on. A multichannel workflow should also account for the rules and consent requirements of each channel instead of assuming that permission to email automatically permits calls, WhatsApp messages, or social outreach.

Lead Finder and prospecting data

Saleshandy currently states that Lead Finder provides access to more than 852 million B2B contacts and more than 42 million company profiles. It offers natural-language AI search plus dozens of filters covering titles, seniority, department, geography, company size, industry, revenue, technology usage, hiring, and other attributes.

The platform can also enrich uploaded CSV data and use waterfall enrichment across several data providers before verifying results. Large database size is useful for discovery, but it should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every individual record is current, legally contactable, or relevant to a campaign.

How Lead Finder credits work

Current plan documentation says one Lead Finder credit reveals a verified work email and six credits reveal a phone number. Starter includes 1,500 Lead Finder credits per month, Pro includes 4,000, and Scale includes 8,000. When billed annually, the full year's allocation is deposited upfront rather than arriving month by month.

The current pricing table also includes one-time Email Verification credits of 500, 1,000, and 5,000 for Starter, Pro, and Scale, plus one-time AI credit allocations of 100, 500, and 1,000. Teams should model expected data usage before choosing a plan because contact-data credits can become more important than the headline email-sending limit.

Email verification is hygiene, not permission

Saleshandy can verify addresses before they consume campaign sends and can use verification during Lead Finder enrichment. Verification helps reduce avoidable bounces, but a technically valid mailbox can still belong to the wrong role, a former employee, a recipient who is not interested, or a person who should not be contacted for the intended purpose.

List verification therefore supports sender hygiene; it does not create consent, establish a lawful basis, or guarantee inbox placement.

Inbox Placement Test

Saleshandy's Inbox Placement Test sends test messages to seed inboxes and reports whether they land in the inbox, promotions or other tabs, spam, or remain undelivered. The current public tool describes testing across major providers including Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo, with provider-level placement reporting, spam and content analysis, authentication checks, domain and IP insights, and shareable reports.

This is valuable before launching or after changing a domain, mailbox, template, or sending pattern. Placement results are still snapshots from test inboxes. Real recipients have different history, filters, engagement, geography, and complaint behavior, so a strong test cannot guarantee future inbox placement.

Sequence Score

Sequence Score is a pre-launch checklist that evaluates areas such as email-account health, sequence setup, email writing, personalization, spam prevention, and daily quota. It can surface missing authentication, overly aggressive sending, weak personalization, excessive links, or other avoidable setup issues before a sequence is activated.

A high score should be treated as operational guidance rather than a conversion forecast. Sequence Score cannot determine whether the product is useful, whether the ICP is correct, whether the offer is compelling, or whether recipients actually want to hear from the sender.

Unified Inbox and CRM

Unified Inbox consolidates replies from connected Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, and other supported accounts into one interface. Saleshandy currently describes full Unified Inbox access across Starter, Pro, and Scale and can automatically categorize replies by intent.

The built-in CRM adds prospect records and pipeline tracking, allowing a sales team to move from outbound contact into follow-up and opportunity management without immediately switching to a separate CRM. Larger organizations may still prefer Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or another full CRM, which Saleshandy lists among its integrations.

Email Infrastructure add-on

Saleshandy also sells secondary domains and preconfigured mailboxes as an Email Infrastructure add-on to Email Outreach plans. The current pricing page lists an Annual Fixed option at $2.99 per mailbox per month, Annual Flexi at $3.49, and Quarterly at $3.99, plus $14 per year for each domain.

The service is described as preconfiguring SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and related DNS records, with up to five mailboxes per domain and a recommendation of three mailboxes per domain for deliverability. Infrastructure makes setup easier but does not guarantee reputation or inbox placement.

Current Saleshandy pricing

When checked on August 18, 2026, Starter was $34 per month when billed annually at $408 per year, or $41 when paid monthly. Pro was $76 per month annually at $912 per year, or $99 monthly. Scale was $149 per month annually at $1,788 per year, or $189 monthly.

Starter includes 2,000 active prospects, 6,000 emails per month, 1 user, and Sender Rotation across up to 10 email accounts. Pro includes 30,000 active prospects, 100,000 emails per month, 10 users, and rotation across up to 100 email accounts. Scale lists unlimited active prospects, 200,000 emails per month, unlimited users, and rotation across up to 1,000 email accounts.

All three current paid tiers list unlimited connected email accounts, unlimited sequences, and full Unified Inbox access. Saleshandy currently offers a seven-day free trial with no credit card required.

API, integrations, and automation

The current pricing table lists integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, and Zapier, plus API, webhooks, MCP, and CLI capabilities. API limits shown on the pricing page are 20 requests per minute per endpoint, a global ceiling of 300 requests per minute per API key, and 50,000 calls per day across the listed paid tiers.

These capabilities make Saleshandy more extensible than a basic sequencer, but custom automation should still respect API limits, error handling, data minimization, and access controls.

Refund policy is stricter for data and deliverability products

Saleshandy's current Terms of Service say general refunds are available only within 10 days of the initial purchase. If the service has already been used, the refund can be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to consumed credits or service limits.

Lead Finder, Inbox Placement Test, and Email Verification are specifically listed as non-refundable. Dialer credits included with subscriptions are non-refundable and do not roll over. Add-on credits have separate unused-credit windows, and mailbox-infrastructure purchases become non-refundable once the service cycle starts.

Because data and infrastructure can be consumed immediately, teams should test the workflow during the trial and confirm the billing structure before buying large add-ons or annual capacity.

Cold outreach compliance

Cold outreach rules depend on country, channel, recipient, purpose, and the source of the contact data. Using a prospecting database or an automated sending platform does not make a campaign automatically compliant.

Teams should use accurate sender identities, avoid deceptive subjects, provide appropriate opt-out mechanisms, maintain suppression lists, respect unsubscribe requests, and determine the applicable legal basis and disclosure requirements for each market. Telephone, WhatsApp, and social outreach can have different rules from email.

Privacy and data responsibility

Lead Finder exposes professional contact data, and customer accounts can contain prospect lists, communication history, connected mailboxes, exports, notes, and pipeline information. Organizations should control user access, remove former staff promptly, secure API keys and exports, minimize unnecessary personal data, and review their own retention policy.

Saleshandy currently promotes SOC 2 and GDPR-related compliance statements on its product pages. Those platform controls do not replace the customer's obligations when collecting, enriching, exporting, or contacting prospects.

Who should consider Saleshandy

Saleshandy is strongest for B2B founders, SDR teams, outbound sales organizations, lead-generation agencies, recruiters, SaaS companies, IT services firms, and other businesses that need prospect discovery, multiple sending inboxes, automated sequences, deliverability tools, and centralized reply management.

Who should compare alternatives

Compare alternatives if the primary goal is newsletters, ecommerce lifecycle marketing, consumer email campaigns, transactional email, a deeply customizable enterprise CRM, or a standalone data provider without outbound automation. Very low-volume teams sending a small number of highly personalized emails may also find a full outbound platform unnecessary.

Final verdict

Saleshandy is now broader than a conventional cold-email sequencer. Email Outreach handles automation and sender rotation, Lead Finder supplies prospect data, Inbox Placement diagnoses delivery, Sequence Score checks setup quality, and Unified Inbox plus CRM helps convert replies into a managed pipeline.

The platform's strongest points are unlimited connected mailboxes, integrated prospecting, deliverability tooling, multi-step automation, and support for teams and agencies. The main tradeoffs are credit complexity, separate rotation limits, non-refundable data services, infrastructure add-ons, and the legal and reputation risk of poorly targeted outreach. The best approach is to validate the entire process on a small, relevant list during the trial before increasing volume.
